You can delete your okuji account and its associated data at any time, by either method below. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Open okuji → Profile tab → Danger Zone → Delete account → confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Email nathan@okuji.app from the email address on your okuji account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We will verify the request and delete the account, confirming by reply when it is done.
If you created passports that other collectors have acquired, those passports may be retained in a delisted, custodial form solely to preserve those collectors’ access to their own collections. This is the only exception, as described in our privacy policy. Precise location is never stored at all (it is used momentarily during stamping and discarded), so there is none to delete.
